Hi all. I have been working as an assistant professor for four years in the department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Dokuz Eylül University. I am living in İzmir/Turkey. I am married and have two wonderful boys, aged one and four.
My research focus is on web2.0/web3.0 tools, digital learning objects, learning management systems, and online test and evaluation. Especially, in recent years, online test and evaluation is another area of my interest. At the same time, I am giving two courses related to programing languages, basic and upper level, for undergraduates in the university. Because of that, I am also studying on pedagogical aspect of coding education. I just finalized a BAP project in my university, which is about using ARDUİNO to enhance students’s programming language skills. in addition, I developed my own personel learning management system, galloglu.com, for creating a blended learning environment for my students to take exam, to share course notes, and to follow all information about the lessons.
