Assoc. Prof. Violeta Vidaček Hainš, Ph.D. / M.A, Psychology, M.S. Social Psychiatry and Ph.D. Information Systems. She is expert in the field of interpersonal communication, holding license issued by Croatian Chamber of Psychology,  published 80 research papers and couple of book chapters in international proceedings, journals and books; Also participated in several national and international projects (Erasmus+, ESF, LLP, Tempus, projects supported by Croatian Ministry of Education and Science etc.); majority of projects are linked to support underprivileged groups of students in higher education and usage of digital technology for teaching and learning.

For last 10 years she is coordinating volunteering and humanitarian activities and running the Centre for Students with Disabilities at Faculty level, also being member of the Council for Gender Equality at the Varaždin County and guest lecturer at several Universities in Europe and USA. She is teaching at bachelor, master and Ph.D. university study level. Her hobbies are traveling, skiing and gardening.
